Oliver P. Kuhrt has been CEO of MESSE ESSEN since January 2014.

Before moving to Essen, he held various management positions at Koelnmesse for more than ten years. He also has many years’ experience in the international tourism and luxury hospitality sectors.

With his industry knowledge and strategic expertise, he is shaping the further development of MESSE ESSEN as a modern and high-performing event venue.
